that spirit continues to shine. For those of us far from home, there’s a deep desire to share our cuisine, our resilience, and the essence of our heritage with the world.
For the first time, the growing Vietnamese community in Finland brings to life a meaningful cultural festival. Thousands will come together to experience the flavors, traditions, as well as explore new business connections and exciting opportunities that bring Vietnam and Finland closer together. Meet The Organizers
📢📢 Vietnamese Community in Finland – A place where culture thrives!
Nestled in peaceful and developed Finland, the Vietnamese community – now numbering over 16,000 – is steadily building a beautiful image of Vietnamese people abroad: united, caring, well-integrated, yet always preserving their cultural identity.
From nearly 2,500 students to workers and professionals, every Vietnamese person here is a “cultural ambassador,” helping spread the image of Vietnam in this foreign land.
Highly regarded by both the Finnish government and its people, the Vietnamese community not only contributes actively to Finland’s social and economic growth but also serves as a strong bridge for the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Finland.
Notably, Vietnam’s inclusion in the Talent Boost 2023-2027 program highlights the growing importance and value of Vietnamese talent in Finland.
Many active groups such as the Vietnamese Association in Finland, Vietnamese Language, Culture & Cooperation Association in Finland (BiziVietnam), the Vietnamese Student Association in Finland (VSAF), and the Vietnamese Professionals in Finland (VPF) have organized meaningful events.
These include traditional Tet celebrations, Vietnamese language classes, cultural and language clubs for children, newcomer support programs, and various events connecting the Vietnamese community. Together, they help create a vibrant cultural space filled with national identity in the heart of Northern Europe. The Embassy of Viet Nam in Finland has always stood by the community groups, supporting cultural promotion events, Vietnamese language preservation, career guidance workshops, and more – contributing to a strong, united, and culturally rich Vietnamese presence abroad.
The Vietnamese community in Finland is not only a warm and familiar support network in a foreign land, but also a vivid example of integration and deep patriotism shared by Vietnamese people all over the world

LIVE PERFORMANCE
The event will open with a vibrant showcase of traditional performances, offering the audience in Helsinki a captivating glimpse into the rich cultural heritage of Vietnam.
“Dòng Máu Lạc Hồng” (The Bloodline of Lạc Hồng)—a powerful tribute to Vietnam’s mythical origins as descendants of the Dragon Lord Lạc Long Quân and Fairy Mother Âu Cơ, symbolizing national pride and resilience.
Graceful dances featuring the iconic Áo Dài and conical hat, timeless emblems of Vietnamese beauty and elegance.
Energetic Vovinam martial arts demonstration, reflecting the strength, discipline, and spirit of Vietnamese traditional combat.
Stunning Áo Dài fashion show, honoring one of the Vietnam’s national costumes in all its modern and traditional glory.
