Overview

The three-month Vietnamese course will introduce learners to the basics of the Vietnamese vowel, consonant, and tone system. The course aims to develop students’ communicative competence, provide them with effective language learning strategies, and enhance their awareness of Vietnamese social and cultural contexts.

  • Enable learners to grasp basic grammar and begin simple communication with native speakers.
  • Provide 10 practical and useful topics, such as introductions, shopping, weather, hotels, restaurants, etc., organized in a systematic way for everyday conversations.
  • Teach learners how to read and write in Vietnamese.

With over a decade of experience teaching Vietnamese to both adults and children, Teacher Linh Le brings expertise and passion to every lesson. A graduate of the University of Helsinki with a master’s degree in philosophy, Linh believes learning should be both fun and effective. Using a variety of teaching methods, Linh inspires and motivates learners to succeed.

This course covers reading, writing, listening, and speaking, offering practical skills for everyday situations. By the end of the course, participants will confidently pronounce, read, and understand Vietnamese, enabling smooth communication in simple daily interactions.
