In an event organized by the Finnish embassy in Hanoi on 07.12.2016, the Finnish embassador Ilkka Pekka Simila shared that a Finnish school will be open in Ho Chi Minh city in 2017 and admission application will start from school year 2018.

Finland has been well-known as the country having the best education quality in the world and ranked the first in many years according to PISA rating.

The book “Finnish lesson 2.0” by Prof. Pasi Sahlberg explaining Finnish education methodology and success will be published in Vietnam. New edition of the book “Finland – The northern star” written by author Vo Xuan Que will be published in June 2017. The legendary comic “Moomin” episode 7 will be published in Vietnamese in 2017.
