Helsinki, Finland – May 30, 2025 – The Vietnamese community in Finland proudly announces Vietnam Day 2025, the Vietnamese community’s largest cultural and business festival, taking place on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Narinkka Square, Kamppi, Helsinki.
With the theme “The New Era of National Rise,” the event commemorates three significant milestones: 50 years of Vietnam’s reunification, 80 years of Vietnam’s National Day, and 52 years of Vietnam–Finland diplomatic relations. Vietnam Day 2025 serves as a vibrant platform to celebrate Vietnamese heritage and deepen cultural and bilateral ties between the two nations.
A Strong Foundation for Cultural and Business Connections
Viet Nam Day 2025 is jointly organized by the key Vietnamese organizations in Finland, including the Embassy of Vietnam in Finland, the Vietnamese Language, Culture and Cooperation Organization in Finland (BiziVietnam), the Vietnamese Professionals Association in Finland (VPF), the Vietnamese Students Association in Finland (VSAF), and the Vietnamese Association in Finland. The event is supported by Business Finland and the City of Espoo, and sponsored by both Vietnamese and Finnish enterprises.

The festival will feature five dynamic zones:
- Main Stage: Live performances including traditional and modern dance, martial arts, children’s shows, and Ao Dai fashion.
- Discussion Zone: Talks on cultural preservation, Vietnam–Finland collaboration, and multicultural integration through the lens of younger generations.
- Vietnamese Street Food: Dishes from many Vietnamese restaurants serving authentic Vietnamese food.
- Finland–Vietnam Expo: Showcasing opportunities in business, education, and tourism.
- Kids’ Corner: Engaging, family-friendly activities for children.
Free Admission – Up to 10,000 Visitors Expected
The event is expected to attract 7,000–10,000 visitors, including Finnish businesses, Vietnamese entrepreneurs, universities, local residents, and tourists. With free admission and a central venue in Helsinki, Vietnam Day 2025 is positioned to be a cultural highlight of the summer.
